About Pete Conte

Pete is a litigator who represents individuals and companies in complex commercial disputes, including closely held business disputes, construction disputes, employment matters, breach of contract claims, land use matters, and products liability cases. He also represents clients in white collar criminal defense matters and in proceedings before administrative and regulatory boards.

Before joining Murphy King, Pete was an associate at a Boston litigation boutique, where he represented businesses and individuals in civil and criminal matters, including white collar criminal defense.

Pete graduated as valedictorian of his class at New England Law | Boston. He then clerked for the Hon. Elspeth B. Cypher of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court and the Hon. William J. Meade of the Massachusetts Appeals Court.
