About Jordan Walsh

Jordan Walsh practices corporate and employment law, providing actionable legal guidance to help clients navigate daily challenges and achieve long-term goals.  She provides strategic, practical legal guidance tailored to the needs of business owners and executives. Her practice includes a broad range of corporate matters, focusing on business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiation and review, employment law, commercial real estate, and day-to-day legal counsel that supports business growth, compliance, and risk mitigation.  Jordan works closely with privately held businesses through a wide range of corporate milestones at every stage of the business lifecycle and regularly advises clients on structuring and negotiating complex transactions such as stock and asset sales, joint ventures, strategic partnerships, and internal reorganizations.

Before joining the firm, Jordan worked as a corporate associate at a firm outside of Boston, where she represented both emerging and established privately held businesses. Earlier in her career, she served as in-house counsel for a small business, handling a variety of corporate, business, contract, and employment law matters.
