Dan Goodrich Joins Murphy & King as Shareholder, Bringing Comprehensive Experience in Complex Litigation Across Multiple Industries

Murphy & King, P.C. is pleased to announce that Dan Goodrich, a seasoned litigator with a distinguished background in commercial and business litigation, has joined the firm as a shareholder. Dan will bring his substantial experience in high-stakes litigation and government investigations to enhance the firm’s litigation capabilities, focusing on all stages of commercial disputes, white collar defense, and complex litigation matters.

Dan has successfully represented clients in a range of industries, including government contracting, construction, real estate, and health care. His extensive litigation practice includes handling breach of contract cases, defamation, commercial disparagement, False Claims Act, and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act cases. Additionally, he regularly counsels corporate clients and prominent individuals involved in government investigations and enforcement actions, defending against charges such as wire fraud, insider trading, and violations of the CAN-SPAM Act. Dan’s experience also encompasses appellate representation and managing multifaceted construction-related disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Dan practiced in the Boston office at an Am Law 100 firm.
