Murphy & King Shareholder, Dan Rabinovitz will run the National Institute of Trial Advocacy’s Boston Trial Program. The program runs from Monday December 5, 2022 through Friday December 9, 2022 at the Omni Parker House Hotel in Boston, Massachusetts and at the Moakley Courthouse. Approximately 35 lawyers from throughout the country will attend and spend the week working to improve their trial skills. The last two days of the program will be held at the Moakley Courthouse, including the final day of the program which will conduct at least 8 mock jury trials. Rabinovitz will enlist the help of approximately 20 trial lawyers from around the country to teach as faculty members and approximately 100 Boston area high school students who will sit as jurors for the mock trials.
