Murphy & King PC Shareholder Dan Rabinovitz will run the National Trial Advocacy’s April 2021 Remote Trial Program during the month of April. This program consists of four lectures on Tuesday afternoons and various on-your-feet exercises covering Direct and Cross Examinations, as well as Opening Statements and Closing Arguments occurring on four Fridays during the month of April. The course will be taught by approximately twenty (20) experienced trial lawyers and/or Judges—all experienced instructors in trial advocacy. Dan has been a co-Program Director of NITA’s Boston Trial Program for many years and under his direction the program has grown to be a huge success, culminating in a mock jury trial at the Moakley Federal Courthouse where approximately 100 high school students volunteer as jurors for approximately ten (10) mock jury trials that occur at the end of the week long program.
