Murphy & King Announces New Associate, Sarah K. Tricot

Boston, MA – (April 19, 2019) – Murphy & King, Professional Corporation announced today that Sarah K. Tricot has joined the firm as a Corporate Associate.  In this role, Ms. Tricot will assist the Corporate Practice Group on transactional matters involving real estate acquisition, financing and sales, real estate development and land use, commercial leasing, corporate mergers and acquisitions, and business and corporate law.  Prior to joining Murphy & King, Ms. Tricot was an Officer in the Transaction Practice Group with a Worcester based firm, concentrating her practice on corporate and real estate matters  While in law school, Ms. Tricot served as the Senior Literary Editor of the New England Journal of Criminal and Civil Confinement.

Ms. Tricot received her Juris Doctor at New England Law Boston and her Bachelor of Arts at the University of Richmond.  She and her family reside in Boston.
