About Samantha McHugh

Samantha represents individuals and companies in a wide variety of civil litigation matters.

Before joining Murphy & King, Samantha had an active Immigration law practice at a Boston area law firm, where she handled all aspects of Asylum and Cancellation of Removal claims, assisting  victims of domestic abuse and human trafficking. She also managed the firm’s appellate department, and was responsible for dozens of unfavorable rulings being overturned.

Prior to that, Samantha clerked at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Providence, Rhode Island, and served as a law clerk in the U.S District Court of Delaware and the Supreme Court of Delaware.

Samantha speaks multiple languages, including Mandarin, Portuguese, French and German.
