His trial practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, including intellectual property, contract, fiduciary, and business tort litigation. He has experience advising clients in a variety of industries including product manufacturing and sales, beverage manufacturing and distribution, and real estate.
Before joining the firm, Mr. Pingaro’s practice covered a broad spectrum of practice areas while representing a large, quasi-public agency. These practice areas included contract and tort litigation, labor and employment, environmental law, procurement, contract drafting and negotiation, and land use.
