Mr. Ferch concentrates his practice on complex business and commercial litigation matters, and employment litigation.

Prior to joining Murphy & King, Mr. Ferch spent over 2 years as an Associate at Goodwin Procter LLP where his practice focused on commercial litigation, securities and white-collar defense. Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Ferch served as law clerk to Justice Robert L. Eastaugh of the Alaska Supreme Court.
